Similarly, the quality of the stamping die is a key factor determining the quality of stamped parts. Before use, the die must undergo thorough inspection, primarily checking the die clearance, cutting edge sharpness, and surface quality to ensure the die's dimensional and shape accuracy meets production requirements.

 

During the metal stamping production process, each stage must be closely monitored to maintain stable part quality. This includes controlling parameters such as press pressure, speed, and stroke, while simultaneously monitoring the dimensional and shape accuracy of the parts in real time.

 

Once stamped parts are produced, finished product inspection is necessary to ensure each product meets quality standards. Inspection items include the part's dimensional and shape accuracy, surface quality, and strength.
