Mold Manufacturing: After the mold design is completed, the mold is manufactured using machining equipment. CNC machining equipment is typically used for mold manufacturing.
Zinc Alloy Preparation: The zinc alloy is heated and melted, making it a liquid suitable for casting. During this process, attention must be paid to the casting temperature and cooling rate to ensure the quality of the casting.
Die Casting Begins: The molten zinc alloy is injected into the mold for high-pressure casting. During die casting, attention must be paid to controlling casting parameters, such as injection speed, pressure, and cooling time.
Separation and Cleaning: The casting is removed from the mold and cleaned and processed.
